The free WordPress themes on this site are split-licensed under the GPL v2 (applies only to the .php source code files) and the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License (applies to everything else, including but not limited to images and JS scripts unless otherwise noted). You're therefore free to use these themes for both personal and commercial use, provided you satisfy the 'attribution' clause of the Creative Commons Attribution license by keeping the footer links back to my site intact.
